Our Critical Environment Services (CES) division enables us to bring clean air solutions to controlled environments with strict design and operational standards all across western Canada. Our CES team is experienced in compliance with the current national and international industry standards, ensuring high standards of performance for your space. Our goal is to provide you with a complete package that keeps your controlled environments clean, sterile, and safe from external environments.
What's Involved?
Air quality services
Air Quality Services: Our air quality services allow us to create indoor environments that comply with standard based certifications for biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, HEPA filters, laminar flow benches, clean rooms, level 3 laboratories, pharmacies, and operating rooms.
compounding pharmacy facilities certification
Our registered cleanroom certification professionals are able to bring you compliance solutions for any pharmaceutical sterile compound facilities.
Testing and Certification services
We also offer testing and certification of Primary Engineering Controls (PECs) including biosafety cabinets, laminar flow clean benches, clean air devices and isolators, buffer and clean rooms. Our testing services include the following:
- HEPA Filter Integrity Test
- Airflow Velocity Profile
- Temperature and Humidity Readings
- Pressurization
- Non-Viable Particle Counts
- Viable Sampling (both air and surface)
- Biosafety Cabinet Certification (where applicable)
- Room Air Exchange Rate
- Consulting services are available for the planning, designing and construction of Sterile Compounding Pharmacies.
- Videotaped in-situ air pattern analysis (smoke studies) of ISO Class 5 PEC’s and clean rooms under dynamic conditions for inspection compliance if requested.
- Isolator Performance Qualification (required for Isolators outside of buffer areas)
- Hazardous drug preparation and storage area airflow and pressure testing.
- Full engineering control repair services for biosafety cabinets, clean benches, Isolators and clean rooms
