Customer Service Representative

Corporate Supply Chain Director
The Corporate Supply Chain Director partners with various internal and external stakeholders to create and drive supply chain and logistics strategy and initiatives that deliver best in class performance. Specific areas of oversight include: product and equipment purchasing, inbound and outbound transportation and distribution, customs and brokerage compliance, return goods policy, along with the ownership of contract management and supply chain service level performance.
As the Account Manager, you are already based in and living in Fort McMurray and are already embedded and active within the business community. Established, you work with a consultative sales approach and are capable of delivering indoor air quality solutions to BGE’s established customer base, developing new business relationships and educating BGE’S customers on the importance of quality filtration as well as the risks of improper or inadequate environmental filtration solutions.
This position is responsible assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, cutting filter pads, and preparing and delivering orders to customers in a safe and efficient manner. This is a temporary role of 2-3 months. This position is 24-40 hours per week and shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm. Occasional overtime will be required for out of town deliveries.
Sales Coordinator (Temporary)
This position is responsible for supporting the sales team in servicing the current account base and providing internal support to allow account managers to pursue new business opportunities. This role is a six-month term to start, with possibility to move to permanent for the right candidate.
