Rigid-Pak Box Filter
The Rigid-Pak extended surface air filter has been engineered to provide high efficiency filtration in built-up filter banks and side access housings. The Rigid-Pak eliminates the need for retainers and special external wire media supports.

BGE’s Rigid-Pak secondary filter is available in MERV 14 and MERV 15.

Rigid-Pak extended surface air filter designed to provide medium to high-efficiency filtration in built-up filter banks and side access housings. BGE’s rigid design, the Rigid-Pak is ideally suited for variable air volume applications.

The Rigid-Pak is available in 6” and 12” depths.

The initial resistance range:
Depth 6″ at 375 fpm
0.28 to 0.32 in.w.g. for MERV 14
0.46 to 0.51 in.w.g. for MERV 15
Depth 12″ at 500 fpm
0.24 to 0.32 in.w.g. for MERV 14
0.47 to 0.50 in.w.g. for MERV 15
Final Resistance
The recommended final resistance is 1.0 in.w.g.
