TP5000 & TP5100 Series Pleated Panel Filter
BGE’s TP5000XL Standard Capacity and TP5100XL High Capacity Pleated Panel filters are designed for general air filtration in commercial, institutional, and light industrial HVAC applications. These filters are constructed using a synthetic media laminated to a corrosion-resistant expanded metal mesh. The pleated media pack is encased in a heavy-duty, double-wall, moisture-resistant die-cut frame. The V-Pleat design increases media surface while minimizing resistance airflow.
Efficiency
The TP5000 series provides MERV 11 performance.
Depth
The TP5000 series are available in the following depths:
TP5000XL in 2” and 4”
TP5100XL in1”, 2”, and 4”
Both models are available in standard and special sizes.
Initial Resistance
The initial resistance ranges are:
TP5000XL Standard Capacity
0.33 in.w.g. for 2” at 500 fpm
0.22 in.w.g. for 4” at 500 fpm
TP5100XL High Capacity
0.25 in.w.g. for 1” at 300 fpm
0.28 in.w.g. for 2” at 500 fpm
0.22 in.w.g. for 4” at 500 fpm
Final Resistance
The recommended final resistance is:
TP5000XL and TP5100XL
1.0 in.w.g. for 2” and 4"
TP5100XL
0.50 in.w.g. for 1"
