TP4500HVT Pleated Filter

BGE’s TP4500HVT pleated filter is designed for demanding, turbulent, high-velocity, and high-dust-loading applications. The media is reinforced with a heavy-gauge corrosion-resistant expanded metal mesh to help support the media pleat pack from collapsing in demanding applications. The TP4500HVT is constructed with a moisture-resistant outer wrap for extra strength in high-humidity applications.

Efficiency

The high capacity TP4500HVT achieves a MERV 9/9-A rating.

Dust Holding Capacity

BGE specifically designed this filter to perform well in demanding, turbulent, high velocity, and high dust-loading applications.

Depth

The TP4500HVT is available in 1″,2” and 4″, standard and special sizes.

Initial Resistance

The initial resistance range is:
1″ – 0.18 in.w.g.
2″ – 0.27 in.w.g.
4″ – 0.23 in.w.g.

Final Resistance

The recommended final resistance is:
1″ – 0.5 in.w.g. @ 125 Pa
2″ – 1.0 in.w.g. @ 250 Pa
4″ – 1.0 in.w.g. @ 250 Pa

Key Features & Benefits

  • Efficiency: The High Capacity TP4500HVT achieves a MERV 9/9-A rating
  • Heavy Metal Backing: Helps maintain filter integrity in turbulent and high-velocity airflows. Prevents the filter from collapsing and contaminating the air-handling system
  • Moisture Resistant: Constructed with a moisture-resistant outer wrap for extra strength in high humidity applications
  • Durable Frame: The pleated media pack is encased in a heavy-duty, double-walled, moisture-resistant, die-cut frame
  • High Dust-holding Capacity: Made with high-loft synthetic media with high dust-holding capacity for a longer filter lifespan
