TP4000CP & TP4100CP Pleated Panel Filter
BGE’s TP4000CP Standard Capacity Pleated Panel and TP4100CP High Capacity Pleated Panel filters are designed for general air filtration. These products are used in commercial, institutional, and light industrial HVAC applications. The filters are constructed using a synthetic media laminated to a corrosion-resistant expanded metal mesh.

The standard efficiency for:
TP4000CP Standard Capacity is MERV 9.
TP4100CP High Capacity is MERV 9.
Dust Holding Capacity
The pleated particulate layer is designed to remove debris & dust to improve air quality. The V-Pleat design increases surface area while minimizing resistance to airflow.
Depth
The TP4000CP Standard Capacity series is available in 2” and 4” depths.
The TP4100CP High Capacity series is available in 1",2" and 4" depths.
Initial Resistance
The initial resistance range is:
TP4000CP Standard Capacity
0.20 in.w.g for 2" at 500 fpm
0.18 in.w.g for 4" at 500 fpm
The TP4100CP High Capacity
0.11 in.w.g. for 1" at 300 fpm
0.18 in.w.g. for 2" at 500 fpm
0.18 in.w.g. for 4" at 500 fpm
Final Resistance
The recommended final resistance is:
0.50 in.w.g. for 1" TP4100CP High Capacity
1.00 in.w.g. for 2" and 4" for all products.
