Downdraft media is optimal for cross-draft and downdraft intake filtration in paint spray booths. Products are UL900 Rated.

Efficiency

Downdraft media is rated at MERV 7 with other performance results of:

  • R1 filters are designed for 95% on 10 micron particles and larger.
  • FR1 filters are designed for 90% on 10 micron particles and larger.

Dust Holding Capacity

The downdraft media has a non-drying exclusive tackifier which allows for maximum dust holding capacity.

Depth

The downdraft media has a nominal depth of 1”.

Initial Resistance

The initial resistance of the downdraft media is:
0.16 in.w.g. at 500CFM
0.12 in.w.g. at 400CFM
0.09 in.w.g. at 300CFM
0.06 in.w.g. at 200CFM
0.03 in.w.g. at 100CFM
