TP6000XL & TP6100XL Pleated Filter
BGE’s TP6000XL Standard Capacity & TP6100XL High Capacity Pleated Panel filters are designed for general air filtration in commercial and light industrial HVAC applications. These filters are constructed using a synthetic media laminated to a corrosion-resistant expanded metal mesh.
Efficiency
The Standard Capacity TP6000XL and High Capacity TP6100XL achieve a MERV 13 rating.
Depth
The TP6000 series is available in the following depths:
TP6000XL in 2” and 4”
TP6100XL in 1”, 2”, and 4”
Both models are available in standard and special sizes.
Initial Resistance
The initial resistance ranges are:
TP6000XL Standard Capacity
0.42 in.w.g. for 2” at 500 fpm
0.26 in.w.g. for 4” at 500 fpm
TP6100XL High Capacity
0.29 in.w.g. for 1” at 300 fpm
0.34 in.w.g. for 2” at 500 fpm
0.27 in.w.g. for 4” at 500 fpm
Final Resistance
The recommended final resistance is: TP6000XL Standard Capacity
1.00 in.w.g. for 2” and 4″
TP6100XL High Capacity
0.75 in.w.g. for 1”
1.00 in.w.g. for 2” and 4″
