

Red Excell Panel Filters
BGE’s Red Excell Panel Filter is engineered for high-performance air filtration in industrial and commercial HVAC systems, particularly in heavy dust-loading environments. Offering MERV 8 efficiency, this filter is designed with a proprietary deep-loading media pad, allowing dirt particles to penetrate throughout its depth before being captured.
This unique construction enhances dust-holding capacity, minimizes face-loading, and extends service life, making it an ideal pre-filter for higher-efficiency filtration systems. Built with heavy-duty moisture-resistant materials and reinforced with expanded metal retainers, the Red Excell delivers exceptional durability, reliability, and energy efficiency in demanding conditions.

Dust Holding Capacity
Due to the loading that occurs throughout the depth of the media pad, the Red Excell filter has the highest dust holding capacity when compared to conventional pleated panel filters.
Depth
The Red Excell filter is available in 2″ and 4″ depths.
Initial Resistance
The initial resistance of the Red Excell results are:
0.32 in.w.g. for the 2″ MERV 8
0.36 in.w.g. for the 4″ MERV 8
Final Resistance
We recommend the final resistance of: 0.60 in.w.g.
