The Tech IV Wire Supported Panel Filter is designed for side-access filtration systems, offering seamless installation and reliable air filtration. Its continuous-link construction allows the entire filter chain to be inserted and removed as a single unit, eliminating the need for special tools and reducing maintenance time.

Engineered with a self-sealing design, Tech IV filters prevent unfiltered air from bypassing the system by ensuring a secure, gap-free fit. The filters contain 60% recycled fiber content, supporting LEED certification and environmental sustainability efforts. Built with a reinforced welded frame, the heavy-gauge galvanized steel construction enhances structural integrity, preventing sagging or tearing for long-lasting performance.

Tech IV filters deliver MERV 7 efficiency, making them ideal for commercial and industrial HVAC applications where durability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance are essential.

The recommended final resistance of the Tech IV Wire Supported Panel filters is 0.60 in w.g. at 300 fpm

Leak-Proof Seal – The self-sealing design prevents leakage of dirty unfiltered air without requiring latches or additional fasteners.
Sustainable Materials – The Tech IV filter contains 60% recycled fiber content which reduces the impact on our environment and helps achieve GREEN initiatives such as LEED Certification.
Unitized Construction – The layers of media are heat sealed around the entire perimeter of the filter and at various points on the face to bond the wire frame inside the layers of media.
Reinforced Welded Frame – A heavy gauge galvanized steel frame is sandwiched between the media layers, providing rigid structural support. Parallel welded wire supports prevent snagging or tearing, ensuring long-lasting performance.
