Pro-Tech Blue synthetic media pads are high-performance filters used to protect HVAC systems, ductwork and to extend the life of higher-efficiency secondary filters. Pro-Tech Blue is designed to provide high dirt-holding capacity while maintaining high arrestance values. Costs associated with cleaning HVAC systems are reduced when Pro-Tech Blue is used.

The Pro-Tech Blue pre-filter comes in MERV 5 for a 1″ depth and MERV 8 for 2″ depth, both rated at 300 fpm.

Pro-Tech Blue is specifically designed to provide high dirt holding capacity while maintaining a high level of arrestance.

The Pro-Tech Blue pad is available in 1” and 2” depths.

The Pro-Tech Blue pad has an initial resistance of:
0.06 in.w.g. for 1″ at 300 fpm
0.20 in.w.g. for 2″ at 300 fpm

The recommended final resistance of the Pro-Tech Blue pad is 0.50 in.w.g. for 1″ and 2″ depths

100% Polyester Media – Polyester media bonded with a fire retardant resin. The high loft polyester fibers maintain their full thickness in the airstream as airflow increases.
Safe and easy to handle – Non-toxic, non-allergenic, and not affected by moisture.
Fire-retardant resin – Pro-Tech Blue synthetic media is constructed of 100% polyester fibers bonded with a fire-retardant resin.
Tackifier – Pro-Tech media is treated with a non-migratory aggressive dry tackifier during the manufacturing process.
