FL Gold Media Pads & Rolls are high-performance fiberglass filters built to handle heavy dirt loads effectively. Featuring a progressive density design, these filters prevent face loading, allowing contaminants to be captured throughout the entire pad thickness. This enhances efficiency and increases dust-holding capacity for long-lasting performance.

Frontline media pads and rolls are offered in varying grades with unique efficiency ratings. The Frontline Gold-C (Industrial Grade) media offers the highest efficiency of a MERV 7 rating. The efficiency of the 1″ and 2″ is MERV 7.

FrontLine media pads use industrial-grade adhesive to offer varying levels of dust holding capacity.

Frontline Gold-C has a nominal thickness of 1” & 2″

The FrontLine media pads and rolls have an initial resistance ranging:
FLGOLD 1″ 0.13 in.w.g. at 300 fpm
FLGOLD 2″ 0.21 in.w.g. at 500 fpm

The FL4000 pad has a final resistance of 0.60 in.w.g. for 4″ at 500 fpm

Progressive Density Media – Prevents face loading and enhances filtration efficiency.
