MEGAcel® II HEPA Filter
The MEGAcel® II mini-pleat eFRM media HEPA filter is designed to help increase cleanroom uptime and reduce risks associated with pharmaceutical manufacturing. In addition to its durability, high particulate filtration efficiency and lowest pressure drop, the MEGAcel II eFRM is the industry’s first and only eFRM media compatible with polyalphaolefin (PAO) for HVAC validation.
Efficiency
The MEGAcel II HEPA filter is:
99.99% efficient on 0.3µm
99.995% efficient on 0.10-0.20µm
Special Features
Patent pending, polymer-based, dual-density expanded Fluororesin Membrane (eFRM).
Highly resistant to corrosive environments (acids, alkalis and organic substances)
Low off-gassing properties
Compatible with Discrete Particle Counter (DPC) and photometric test methods, including high concentration oil-based aerosol testing
Initial Resistance
The initial resistance of the MEGAcel II is:
H13 50mm – 0.14 in w.g. at 50 fpm
H14 50mm – 0.18 in w.g at 50 fpm
