TM-2 and TM-4 Ceiling Filter Modules

The TM-2 and TM-4 ducted modules are lightweight, disposable HEPA filter ceiling modules. They are available in a variety of media pack depths and types to optimize energy costs and minimize total cost of ownership.

Media Type

Available with microglass HEPA or ULPA media, or extremely durable, low pressure drop ePTFE.

Frame Material

Lightweight anodized extruded aluminum body. One-piece aluminum top with integral duct collar connector.

Gasket Material

Available in PU Neoprene EPDM

Adjustable or fixed diffusion disk

Key Features & Benefits

  • High-Grade, Energy-Efficient Filtration:

    The AAF Flanders TM series delivers peak filtration in cleanrooms from ISO Class 8 to ISO Class 4. The modules utilize our AstroCel II mini-pleat filter pack, which provides 99.99% (HEPA) minimum efficiency on 0.3 μm. A laser-tested ULPA filter provides 99.9995% efficiency at 0.12μm.

    In addition to the microglass HEPA/ULPA options listed above, AAF Flanders also offers a high-performance line of HEPA/ULPA filters that utilize extremely durable, low pressure drop ePTFE media. This line of filtration can also be utilized in the PharmaGel module as an optional upgrade.

  • Flexible Application for Critical Environments:
    TM modules come in a variety of sizes, offering flexibility for any installation. All standard modules come with a 10″ or 12″ diameter inlet, adjustable distribution plate, and an integral expanded metal grille. A contractor grade is available with the same options. Each unit is entirely factory-sealed, with all metal to metal joints bonded to prevent leakage.
